In Order To Purchase and Be Accepted As MY BRAND PARTNER CLIENT You MUST Agree to these Terms & Conditions:

* You agree to maintain strict confidence and non-disclosure of any trade secrets, confidential information, vendors, resources or otherwise sensitive information shared with you during this process.

* You agree that the purpose and scope of your relationship with Company is to gain assistance in private labeling a product—for the purpose of listing it for sale online in the Amazon marketplace.

* You understand and agree that Company will work diligently to provide you with the best advice and access to the best resources possible to assist you choosing a product to private label, sourcing it, naming it, creating the packaging & design, and getting setup with Amazon.

By registering and making payment online you agree to abide by and uphold the terms and conditions as outlined in this agreement and operate with a spirit of honesty, integrity and mutual benefit in all dealings with our company.

* CANCELLATION POLICY: Registration fee (whether is a one-time payment or on the payment plan) is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-CANCELABLE for any purpose.

There is a single pay discounted registration fee--if paid in full in ONE payment OR monthly payment plan with a setup fee upon registration. The monthly payments will be automatically charged to the credit card you have provided. You hereby acknowledge and agree to make all payments as described above. Please note, your IP address is being tracked.  If for any reason you are unable or unwilling to pay the entire tuition or you need to terminate your participation before all of the payments have been made, you may do so, however, you will forfeit any payments already made and our company reserves the right to contnue work on the private label product (at our expense) with the purpose of bringing it to market and reaping the full financial benefis.In order to cancel furture payments we must receive your request in writing at least 3 business days before you are due to be billed. There are no refunds available of any kind.

* I understand that my purchase is non-refundable and I agree in advance NOT to attempt to chargeback or request or receive a refund at any time. I understand should I attempt to initiate a chargeback for any purchase I will be violation of this agreement and legally binding contract.

*  You understand are no guarantees, claims or promises of any kind (financial or otherwise) as to the outcome or results and agree to hold Company harmless for any loss you may incur. Company disclaims any and all liability, both tangible and intangible, loss or risk incurred as a consequence of the use and application, either directly or indirectly, of any advice, information or methods presented by Company through any and all mediums-- including, but not limited to, oral and written direction. All money spent in setting up, running or marketing your business— either as described by Company, or otherwise— is the sole responsibility of the business owner. Company does not accept responsibility for the money spent or lost. Furthermore, Company renders no legal or accounting opinion of any kind related to the legal compliance or financial soundness of any product, service or program offered by or through Company and/or our clients or affiliated companies.

* I understand that there are no guarantees, claims or promises of any kind (financial or otherwise) as to the outcome or results of my participation or use of any information provided. (Refer to the Income Disclaimer for further details.)

* I understand that my business, my life, my health, my success and my income is my responsibility, period. My attitude and actions determine my outcome.

For Shared Brand Partner Packages:
All initial 3rd party costs, such as graphic design, minimum inventory purchase and initial promotion, are your responsibility. You must meet the recommended MOQ for your initial order. After the initial startup inventory all future inventory will be purchased out of revenue generated, when possible.

For Shared Brand Partner Packages:
The revenue from the shared product is split between the SBP and Company 50/50.

Our goal, after the recommended inventory MOQ order is placed by the SBP, is to re-purchase inventory out of revenue. e.g., We  take the revenue generated and use those funds to buy more inventory until we can build up a large enough rolling inventory to create the income we agree (SBP and company) that we're looking for from the product on a monthly basis. At that point we continue to maintain that inventory level (by re-investing out of revenue generated) and we split the remaining profit 50/50.

For Shared Brand Partner Packages:
If at any time you should choose discontinue your involvement with the product, once it is launched on Amazon, as far as what is necessary to properly promote, support and/or advertise the product you will be released of responsibility and be under no further obligation or commitment, however, the company reserves the right to continue work on and promotion of the product (at our expense) and therefore reap the full financial benefits from that point forward.

Optional: Social Media Outsourcing Service

Should you elect to particiapte in the optional Social Media Outsourcing Service, you agree that you are contracting services in the form of Social Media Outsourcing on a monthly basis—which shall continue until you notify us otherwise. The cost for your social media outsourcing is $250 per month, billed to your credit card. In exchange for your monthly payment, a social media outsourcer will work on your behalf Monday-Friday, performing tasks as outlined for them for the purpose of generating sales & leads for your product. You understand that your participation is non-refundable. The marketing/advertising services contracted through Company are ultimately fulfilled by 3rd party vendors and paid for in advance by Company on your behalf, therefore, no refunds will be made for any reason. However, you may cancel your monthly services by giving us at least 5 days’ notice before the next billing cycle—to avoid any further billing to your account.

* I authorize unlimited use of the information I have provided and hereby agree that I am providing this information of my own free will and desire. I have not been paid or coerced into providing this testimony/case study. I further understand that the information I submit may be used for advertisement, display and/or publication and can be used without regard to any expiration date.

If you do submit material, comments, case studies or testimonies you grant a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

Company offers various marketing fulfillment services to our clients in the form of printing, advertising placement, media services, design services, Internet development and marketing systems. Company is an independent 3rd-party agency not affiliated with any network marketing, direct sales, business opportunity or company.
